How do I order varifocals without visiting one of your stores?

Here's how...

1. Order your chosen frame (without lenses) via our website or by phoning our London Tower Bridge store on 020 7407 7951.
2. We will charge your credit card for the frame only and ship this to you with instructions on how to photograph yourself wearing your frame: a correctly-taken photograph allows us to take the necessary measurements as accurately as a face-to-face fitting. Here's a perfect example...

   

   
   
   If you decide that you don't like the frame before we fit your lenses, you can return this to us for a refund although we will deduct a 15% restocking fee to cover our postage and admin costs.
3. Email us the photograph; once we've approved it, post the frame back to us.
4. Once we receive your frame and prescription we will call you to discuss lens options. We will then charge your credit card for the cost of the lenses, order and fit your lenses (this usually takes one week as all varifocals are custom-made) and ship your completed spectacles to you.
