Although the epitome of Italian style in jewellery, it surprises many to learn that Bulgari was actually founded by a Greek, Sotirio Bulgari. By the time of his company's birth in 1884, Sotirio had fully embraced Italian culture, and his creations benefitted from influences from both Greek and Italian art.

Launched in 1998, the Bulgari glasses collection has retained its cultural roots whilst entwining these with a modern twist - the best of classical and contemporary design, brought to life using the finest of modern materials.
