is delivery free, and how soon will I receive my contact lens order?
Contact lenses and solutions are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded free of charge (UK only). Delivery time is generally 2-3 working days.
We also offer Express Delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees next day delivery by 1pm the following working day at a cost of £3.00 per order. Orders must be received by 4.00pm. If your lenses are not in stock, we'll send them to you via Special Delivery on the day we receive them (we generally receive lenses from their manufacturer within two working days).
Non-UK orders are shipped via FedEx at a cost of £20.00 per order.
We hold the majority of lenses in stock. Once we have received your order and verified your prescription, we will debit your credit card and dispatch your lenses immediately.
Should we not have your lenses in stock, these will be ordered from their manufacturer and then dispatched to you on the day we receive them.
